Built-in beds interior design inspiration that you will want to recreate! Providing a functional design solution for a small space by eliminating awkward gaps with purposeful joinery.
Built-in beds are always exciting to me and really speak to my inner child as they create a sense of wonder int eh same way that a secret garden does. Not only so they looks great and make for an inspiring bedroom design, but they are a great space saver too.

Built-in Beds with Curtains
I love the idea of being able to draw a curtain on a built in bed, this serves two purposes. Firstly, it provides darkness and privacy to the person sleeping in the bed. Secondly, it allows the room to hide the bed away behind the curtain during the day.
This amazing built-in bed is decorated with red upholstered soft furnishings, adding the ultimate privacy and escape with the ability to draw a curtain. The muted red and orange color scheme is warm and inviting. Via Gary Meakins.
I love this next one as it follows in the same vein as the one above. In this traditional English bedroom design the built-in bed also contains a window and a bookshelf and lamp, it almost could serve as a daybed during the day. The red upholstery matches the red walls. Via Veere Grenney.
